Scope of use

The planned one-time payment would cover the purchased core-tool version for internal academic or commercial R&D. Individual offers permit one named user. Laboratory offers permit up to five named users in one laboratory. A single-tool license covers that tool only; the Individual and Laboratory Research Suites include all four core tools. Each suite has one shared named-user entitlement and one shared support allowance across its four tools; it does not provide four separate seat or support pools.

Rights exclude resale or redistribution, public hosting, plant-wide production operation, equipment control, automatic product release and any implied cloud collaboration or SSO. The user limit is a contractual obligation; this local package does not claim technical seat enforcement.

Included support - proposed

90 days from purchase for installation and documented use.
Individual: up to three support cases and 60 minutes total.
Laboratory: up to five support cases and 120 minutes total.
Three-business-day reply target after receipt, not a guaranteed service level.

Data cleaning, custom analysis, integrations, training and factory decisions require a separate scope. The proposed support service is not currently available.

Fixes and upgrades - proposed

Access to published corrective patches for the purchased 0.10.x release line for 12 months. No automatic renewal, indefinite support, hosting, future major version or advanced EIS entitlement is implied. An update does not enlarge the purchased user rights.

Scientific and operating limits

Use the declared inputs, platforms, limits and methods. Results support human research and engineering review. Numerical checks do not establish instrument accuracy, clinical suitability, industrial certification, physical uniqueness or fitness for safety-critical control.

Provenance and third-party materials

Retain the package license and notices. Public reference data attribution appears in third-party notices. Inspectable browser source does not mean customer redistribution rights. File hashes support integrity checking against a trusted delivery record; a hash alone does not authenticate authorship.
