Compare materials on a consistent basis.
Compare dimensional change and normalized mass loss while keeping exposure conditions and repeated measurements distinct.

What this module does
Track separate endpoints for grid length growth and mass loss normalized to exposed area and time.
Intended users
Lead-acid grid alloy labs and materials R&D
Inputs, outputs.
Explicit boundaries.
Check the required fields, inspect the reported quantities and review the limits before interpreting a result.
Required measurement context
alloy_id, replicate_id, exposure_h and at least one endpoint: initial_length_mm/final_length_mm or mass_loss_mg/area_cm2. Optional run_id, temperature_c, electrolyte, endpoint, composition and test_method retain separate experimental contexts. Fill declared metadata consistently. Composition is an identifying label, not a verified chemistry parser.
Computed outputs
Mean growth %, replicate spread, mass-loss rate in mg/cm²/h and exposure consistency flags. Summaries remain separate by declared experimental context. Replicate spread is descriptive; calibrated measurement uncertainty and statistical confidence intervals are not supplied.
What these results do not establish
No lifetime extrapolation, corrosion penetration depth or alloy superiority without controlled experiments, density where applicable and valid statistical comparisons.
For industrial decisions, confirm the method against your instruments, sampling plan and operating conditions.
Start with an example.
Inspect the outputs.
Run a labeled example, then review the inputs, methods and limitations for your intended use.
Choose your user scope.
Choose one named user or up to five named users in one laboratory. Both editions use the same core calculations and documented limits.
Versioned local HTML/JavaScript package, examples, guide and license. Local edition input limits: 12 MB file size and 50,000 records per analysis. Browser availability and exports depend on the tested platform; see installation, limits and known issues. HTML export is disabled. Online purchasing is not yet available. Prices shown are planned launch pricing.

against a factory question.
One agreed historical dataset, a documented analysis and a bounded readout. No automatic production decisions or unmeasured savings promises.
